Men, Women Differ On Perception Of Equality In Legal Field

Law360 (March 8, 2018, 3:48 PM EST) -- While progress has been made on gender equality in the legal profession over the last five years, perception is skewed, according to data released by the Law Society of England and Wales on Thursday.

Half of the respondents think there have been advances on the topic, but there was a significant difference by gender, with 74 percent of men reporting momentum compared to just 48 percent of women.
