It's Time For Sexual Orientation Discrimination Protections

As of now, there is no principled basis to deny gay and lesbian employees the same protections available to other employees under Title VII. I urge courts within the Eleventh Circuit to make the right decision and protect the rights of all gay and lesbian employees in the workplace.
