Dewey-Sized Firms Should Waive Unfinished Business Liability

The problem is that when we extend "unfinished business" liability from small law firms like Jewel Boxer & Elkind to large firms like Dewey & LeBoeuf, it collides with elements of partnership in disastrous ways.
