US-China Spat Could Imperil Trade Growth, WTO Boss Warns

Law360 (April 12, 2018, 2:20 PM EDT) -- The ever-escalating standoff between the U.S. and China may pose a significant threat to global trade at large if left unchecked, World Trade Organization Director-General Roberto Azevedo said Thursday, on the heels of a report that the rising tensions are already creating waves.
