Lack Of Jurisdiction Filters Nestle Out Of Coffee Pod Suit

Law360, New York (July 14, 2017, 6:34 PM EDT) -- A Delaware federal judge dismissed counterclaims against Nespresso USA's Swiss-based parent Nestle in a patent-turned-antitrust suit Thursday, citing lack of jurisdiction consistent with recent U.S. Supreme Court cases setting a high bar for establishing parent companies as subject to U.S. courts.
