Dentons Says Sex Harassment Accuser Slowed Its Inquiry

Law360 (July 24, 2018, 12:50 PM EDT) -- A Dentons business development specialist accusing the firm of letting a male non-attorney manager sexually harass her undermined the firm’s investigation into her complaints, the firm said in an answer filed late Monday in a Manhattan state court.

The firm denied ignoring Krunali Parekh’s complaints about former venture technology group managing director Alton Delane in the 24-page answer, arguing she “hindered” its attempts to look into her claims by dodging two senior HR managers’ requests for more details.
