Baker Donelson Elects Financial Services Pro As Next Chair

Law360 (October 11, 2018, 8:43 PM EDT) -- Timothy M. Lupinacci will take over as chairman and chief executive officer of Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz PC in late April 2019, the firm announced on Thursday.

A shareholder in the firm’s Birmingham, Alabama, office, which he formerly led, Lupinacci is currently the chair of the firm’s financial services department and sits on its board of directors.

He will succeed Ben C. Adams, a Memphis-based shareholder specializing in corporate law and estate planning, who has guided the firm for 15 years, and will remain with Baker Donelson after he steps down next year.
