In its 2019 Salary Guide for Legal Professionals, legal staffing and recruiting firm Special Counsel focused on the national compensation figures and benefits offered by in-house departments and law firms of all sizes. According to the data, nearly half of all in-house teams and firms surveyed provide employees with the option to work from home or remotely, a finding that surprised Special Counsel Senior Vice President Amanda Ellis....
