Young In BigLaw: How To Use It To Your Advantage

Law360, New York (March 11, 2016, 6:22 PM EST) -- It may be true that wisdom comes with age, but young attorneys in BigLaw say they have plenty to offer, too. In fact, being part of the millennial generation can often give you the advantage. 

First of all, the stereotype that the younger generation is narcissistic and unwilling to work hard just isn't the case for young attorneys in the BigLaw sphere, said 30-year-old Tanya Jane Beroukhim, a corporate law associate at Locke Lord LLP.

"It's really unlikely to make it into a BigLaw firm if you're like that," she said.
