Young In BigLaw: How To Use It To Your Advantage

First of all, the stereotype that the younger generation is narcissistic and unwilling to work hard just isn't the case for young attorneys in the BigLaw sphere, said 30-year-old Tanya Jane Beroukhim, a corporate law associate at Locke Lord LLP.

"It's really unlikely to make it into a BigLaw firm if you're like that," she said.
