After a quick bench conference, the judge puts on the record that they were discussing when Blanche will finish up his cross examination. Court is not convening on Wednesday or Friday this week. Blanche predicts he’ll be finished with Cohen by “end of day” Thursday – which would push Cohen’s testimony into next week.

“No rush,” the judge says with a smile.

The parties head out for the day.
