PTAB Upholds Sex Toy Patent In Case It Initially Declined
The Patent Trial and Appeal Board has upheld the validity of six claims in a Novoluto GmbH patent covering a stimulation device for women that was challenged by EIS GmbH, finding the claims weren't shown to be invalid as obvious.

PTAB Says On Second Thought, It Will Review Sex Toy IP
For the second time in two months, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board has issued a rare reversal after declining to institute inter partes review of a Novoluto GmbH female sex toy patent, saying review is now warranted because the board initially overlooked evidence.
