Solyndra Blasts Efforts To Appoint Ch. 11 Trustee
Solyndra Inc. said Wednesday that the appointment of a Chapter 11 trustee would undercut efforts to sell the embattled solar panel maker and called the U.S. trustee's motion for the Delaware bankruptcy court to make the appointment an "extraordinary overreaction."

An industrial equipment manufacturer asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge Monday to put the brakes on embattled solar panel maker Solyndra Inc.'s planned Oct. 27 asset sale until the company makes good on a $12.7 million bill for manufacturing equipment it allegedly agreed to return.
