DOCKET ENTRY ORDER. Before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Prosecute (Dkt. 68 ) and Plaintiff's Motion for Extension (Dkt. 69 ). Upon review, the Court DENIES Defendants' Motion to Dismiss and GRANTS Plaintiff's Motion for Extension. Plaintiff shall have until August 31, 2026, to retain new local counsel. Once local counsel appears, Plaintiff shall have 21 days to file a consolidated response to the pending motions to dismiss. Note: while the Court previously indicated an extension could be sought, Counsel should have so moved within the original time frame to avoid additional motion practice. Signed by Judge David C. Nye.
