PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Parties' Joint Motion to Extend Pretrial Deadlines (DE 241 ) ("Motion"). In the Motion, the Parties request an extension of several deadlines set forth in the Amended Scheduling Order (DE 119 ), including the deadline to file motions in limine and the deadline to file their joint pre-trial stipulation, exhibit lists, witness lists, and findings of fact and conclusions of law. Upon review of the Motion and the record, and for good cause shown, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1.The Motion is GRANTED. 2.On or before September 15, 2026, the Parties shall file their motions in limine. 3.On or before October 5, 2026, the Parties shall file their pre-trial stipulation, exhibit lists, witness lists, and findings of fact and conclusions of law in accordance with the Amended Scheduling Order (DE 119 ) and Local Rules.
