Order on Motion for Relief from Order/Judgment Order on Motion to Vacate
MINUTE ORDER (by docket entry only). The Court DENIES Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate [Doc. 5] as Plaintiff has failed to sufficiently state a reason under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b) to vacate the judgment in this case. However, the Court does clarify that Plaintiff's case is dismissed without prejudice. Accordingly, the Court will review an amended complaint if filed within 30 days of the date this order is entered. If Plaintiff does choose to amend the complaint, the Court encourages Plaintiff to review the Court's orders in this as well as Plaintiff's previously filed cases in this court, particularly as the orders relate to providing sufficient factual detail within the Complaint. Approved and entered District Juudge Eleanor L. Ross on 8/12/26. (mlb)
