Order on Motion to Vacate
ORDER DENYING 18 Motion to Vacate the Order for Dismissal. This case REMAINS closed. Ms. Brown has been admonished multiple times in several cases that future meritless, frivolous, or duplicative lawsuits filed in this Court may result in sanctions, including but not limited to dismissal of claims without any opportunity to amend the complaint, other filing restrictions, or financial sanctions. (See, e.g., 3:26-cv-470 Brown v. South Bend Housing Affiliate (ECF 5 at 3)). Given Ms. Browns long history of filing meritless and duplicative cases before this Court1 and the Courts warnings in those cases, Ms. Brown is ADVISED that any further filings in this case will be stricken. Additionally, sanctions will be imposed if Ms. Brown continues to file meritless, frivolous, or duplicative cases. Signed by Judge Cristal C Brisco on 7/24/26. (Copy mailed to pro se party) (lap)
