For reasons stated on the record, the 12 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED. Defendant Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles is DISMISSED with prejudice. This matter will move forward on the claims against LVMPD.
The Court will not issue a separate written ruling. The instant minutes of proceedings and minute order(s), which incorporate by reference the transcript of the hearing and the reasoning therein, shall serve as the final order of the Court.
