Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Maria Antongiorgi-Jordan: Initial Scheduling Conference held on 5/21/2026. Counsel for defendants requested seven days to provide their initial disclosures. After having heard the parties, the Court set the following schedule: Discovery to conclude by 11/30/2026. Dispositive Motions due by 1/11/2027. Responses to Dispositive Motions due by 1/29/2027. Replies and sur-replies will be allowed. They shall be submitted without further Court authorization not later than five (5) days after filing of the motion they are responding to. A Status Conference is set for 12/2/2026 at 01:30 PM in Hato Rey Courtroom 2 before Judge Maria Antongiorgi-Jordan. (Court Reporter No Court Reporter.) (Hearing held in HR Courtroom 2.)
