ORDER granting 78 Consent MOTION for In-Camera Review of DSS Records. DSS shall produce a complete, unredacted copy of its records and case files pertaining to the DeRosier Plaintiffs, as identified in the subpoena served upon DSS by Defendant Lexington County School District Two, directly to chambers on or before July 22, 2026, by emailing the records to lydon_ecf@scd.uscourts.gov. The Court shall conduct an in-camera review of the records in chambers to determine which documents, if any, are material, relevant, and discoverable in this action, and whether any portions must remain strictly confidential or privileged. Following the review, the Court shall determine which portions of the records shall be released to the parties. The parties agree that no information relating to the reporter's name or identification shall be released. Plaintiffs' deadline to file a motion for leave to amend their complaint and substitute parties, with a proposed amended complaint, is August 13, 2026. The deadline for Defendants to respond to motion for leave to amend complaint and substitute parties is August 24, 2026. The deadline for Plaintiffs to file reply brief on motion for leave to amend complaint and substitute parties is August 29, 2026. Defendants and any newly named defendants shall answer or move to dismiss the complaint or amended complaint (if Plaintiffs' motion to amend is granted) no later than 21 days after Court's decision on motion for leave to amend and substitute parties.
