ORDER granting 74 Letter Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages. Plaintiff's application for additional words for her upcoming submission is GRANTED. That said, given Plaintiff's stated intent to file a cross motion for partial judgment on the pleadings, the parties are directed to confer and submit a joint letter proposing modifications to the current briefing schedule, including proposed word count limits for Defendants' combined reply/opposition and Plaintiff's reply, no later than July 17, 2026. Additionally, in their upcoming submissions, the parties should address the implications, if any, of the Supreme Court's recent decision in Trump v.
