Order on Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings Order on Motion to Amend Complaint
** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** Plaintiff Martha Carlson alleges that her employer, the Wisconsin Department of Administration, Division of Hearings and Appeals, discriminated against her for her disability and failed to reasonably accommodate her. Defendant moved for judgment on pleadings, contending that plaintiff's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) claims were barred by sovereign immunity and that Carlson had failed to allege receipt of federal funding in connection with her Rehabilitation Act claims. Dkt. 19 . The parties subsequently stipulated to Carlson amending her complaint to fix these pleading deficiencies. Dkt. 22 . The stipulation is ACCEPTED and the motion for judgment on the pleadings is DENIED as moot. Signed by District Judge James D. Peterson on 6/10/2026. (voc)
