Fed. Circ. Nixes Claims In Patents From High Court Case

Law360 (May 7, 2018, 9:22 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday upheld U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board rulings invalidating parts of three oil exploration patents owned by a Schlumberger Ltd. unit, weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments about how much the company can recover in damages in an infringement suit over the same patents.
