This includes the people overwhelmingly turning down four statewide initiatives and six proposed constitutional amendments. After repeated failures at the ballot box, income tax proponents have now turned their efforts to the state supreme court, in hopes of getting at least five of the nine justices to do something 7 million Washingtonians won't do; impose a state income tax on families and business owners....
