Justices Leave Microsoft Antitrust Win Over Novell Intact

Law360, New York (April 28, 2014, 1:13 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday extinguished Novell Inc.'s bid to revive an antitrust suit alleging that Microsoft Corp. illegally shielded its Windows operating system from competition in the 1990s by pushing out Novell applications, formally bringing an end to nearly a decade of fierce litigation.
