Obama Taps CPSC Nominees, Seeks More Funding

Law360, New York (May 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- President Obama has announced steps to boost the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission's resources for dealing with a slew of new consumer safety responsibilities, putting forth two nominees to fill leadership posts at the agency and unveiling plans to increase the panel's size and budget.
