Paint Sprayer Cos. Not Liable For Burns: 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (May 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed that under Michigan law, the manufacturer and distributor of a paint sprayer are not liable for burn injuries caused when the sprayer is used in combination with a cleaning product manufactured by another company.
