Chemical Manufacturers, Users: Ready For GHS?

Law360 (May 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration's much-anticipated adoption of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) will require significant costs and revisions to hazard classification and communication in the workplace.
