11th Circ. Finds For Sparrows In Fla. Habitat Spat

Law360, New York (May 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a case that some said pitted two endangered species of birds against each other, a federal appeals court has affirmed that the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service did not err in finding that a plan to save one bird population would not jeopardize the existence of the other.
