Rival Spliced 'Trade Secret' Voice Mail: Marvell

Law360 (May 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Marvell Semiconductor Inc. has accused Jasmine Networks Inc. of editing a message that a Marvell lawyer left on the rival's voice mail when he forgot to hang up the speakerphone, an incident that spurred an epic trade secret theft suit.

On April 29, Marvell's lawyers moved to exclude the voice mail message from evidence in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Santa Clara.
