PTAB Won't Rehear DOJ's Challenge To E-Passport Patent

Law360, New York (January 24, 2018, 8:37 PM EST) -- The Patent Trial and Appeal Board has refused to budge from a decision finding the U.S. Department of Justice was unable to challenge an electronic passport patent in inter partes review, saying it couldn’t have overlooked arguments the government didn’t make.
