Deals Rumor Mill: Pfizer, ADM, Bhushan Steel

By Adam Rhodes (February 5, 2018, 7:33 PM EST) -- Only GlaxoSmithKline PLC and Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC submitted bids for Pfizer Inc.'s consumer health unit, Bloomberg reported Monday, just days after lead bidder Nestle SA reportedly backed out of the running for Merck KGaA's rival unit. According to anonymous sources, the bidders will be able to begin due diligence regarding their final offers in the next few weeks. The report added that Nestle and Johnson & Johnson both lost interest in the unit. The report details that the unit could come with a $15 billion to $20 billion price tag....
