Deals Rumor Mill: Pfizer, ADM, Bhushan Steel

Law360, New York (February 5, 2018, 7:33 PM EST) -- Only GlaxoSmithKline PLC and Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC submitted bids for Pfizer Inc.'s consumer health unit, Bloomberg reported Monday, just days after lead bidder Nestle SA reportedly backed out of the running for Merck KGaA's rival unit. According to anonymous sources, the bidders will be able to begin due diligence regarding their final offers in the next few weeks.
