FERC Must Order Entergy Refunds, La. Urges DC Circ.

Law360, Washington (February 2, 2018, 8:40 PM EST) -- The Louisiana Public Service Commission urged a D.C. Circuit panel on Friday to once again send back to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission a long-running dispute over refunds denied to the state’s Entergy Corp. customers, despite refund orders FERC granted in other cases virtually “without fail.”
