EPA Lets Cemex Permit Stand But Orders Review

Law360 (May 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In response to a court-ordered directive, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has issued a ruling keeping in place a disputed permit for a Cemex Inc. plant in Colorado, but has ordered the state's environmental agency to review and make any necessary changes to the permit.
