Ohio Adds State Claims To Akron Sewage Dispute

Law360, New York (May 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a move that could significantly increase the fines Akron, Ohio, faces over its sewer system, Ohio has added state claims to the U.S. government's suit accusing the city of illegally discharging pollutants into the Cuyahoga River for more than a decade.
