US Seeks Clearer Picture On Offshore Drilling Ruling

Law360, New York (May 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. government has asked a federal appeals court to clarify a recent decision to vacate a Bush-era offshore drilling program, warning that the ruling could put a halt to all offshore energy exploration and leasing activity.
