ExamWorks Seeks Investor Sanctions In Del. Appraisal Suit

Law360 (February 13, 2018, 8:52 PM EST) -- Attorneys for ExamWorks Group Inc. argued in a Delaware courtroom Tuesday that document delivery delays by investors seeking appraisal of their stock after a $2.2 billion merger justify steep sanctions, up to and including dismissal of the case.

Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster called the two company sanction motions "sufficiently concerning" to justify delaying a planned trial, as well as a pretrial hearing.
