Law360, New York (May 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Finding that no case law exists on the intersection between an absence-notification rule and a 10-day strike-notice provision outlined in the National Labor Relations Act, a federal appeals court has remanded a case involving striking workers at a home health care agency to the National Labor Relations Board to consider how the statutes interface.
