Some Claims Tossed In Cleanup Suit Against BP

Law360 (May 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- BP Products North America Inc. will not have to pay for the cleanup of a parcel of land allegedly contaminated by a gas station it used to operate on the property because the contamination was discovered more than a decade ago, although it's not off the hook for another gas station on that property, a district judge has ruled.
