Sheet Metal Workers' Retaliation Claim Revived

Law360, New York (May 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has reversed the dismissal of a retaliation claim by a group of black sheet metal workers against their union, but has kept in place a lower court's judgment that there was insufficient evidence to establish racial discrimination.
