Oil, Gas Developers Sue DOI Over Withdrawn Leases

Law360, New York (May 14, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three oil and gas developers have sued the U.S. Department of the Interior for retroactively withdrawing nine Bush-era oil and gas leases after the Obama administration determined that the land was too close to several national parks in Utah.
