6th Circ. Tosses Challenge To National Park Service Trail

Law360 (February 23, 2018, 7:52 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Friday said a property owners association’s suit challenging the environmental review of a scenic trail project in Michigan was properly dismissed by a lower court, deciding that the issues raised in the suit should have been brought up first during a public comment period.
