Ocean Tomo Unveils New IP Dispute Resolution Service

Law360, New York (September 14, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Merchant banking firm Ocean Tomo LLC has started up an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service to provide a forum for handling intellectual property disputes.

Ocean Tomo, a merchant banking firm focusing on intellectual property assets, plans to develop contract clauses for future cases and specialized intellectual property ADR rules, which will include the first-ever intellectual property arbitration proceedings with provisions for an appeal.
