Credit Suisse Denies It Must Pay To Get Possession Of Jet

Law360, London (March 9, 2018, 4:43 PM GMT) -- Credit Suisse AG has demanded Gama Aviation (U.K.) Ltd. hand over a private jet which the Swiss lender says it is owed, denying that it must pay the aircraft services company $1.5 million in security to release the aircraft and its records.

Gama Aviation claims it is entitled to keep possession of the aircraft until the bank pays around $1.1 million and $400,000 that the firm alleges it is owed, respectively, by the aircraft’s owner and leaseholder.
