Oil Bribery Scheme Defendant's Server Must Stay In US

Law360 (March 12, 2018, 11:02 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Friday blocked the shipment to Swiss authorities of a computer server belonging to one of the dozens of defendants named by Venezuela’s state-owned oil company PDVSA in its suit alleging a long-running scheme by international oil companies to steal its information and bribe its employees.
