High Court Remands 2nd Immigrant ID-Theft Ruling

Law360 (May 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has remanded the case of an immigrant charged with aggravated identity theft for using another person's Social Security card to obtain a factory job, and asked a federal appeals court to reconsider its ruling in light of a recent decision in Flores-Figueroa v. U.S., a substantially similar case.
