Law360, Washington (March 13, 2018, 8:34 PM EDT) -- The House of Representatives failed to pass a bill that would expand the "right-to-try" experimental treatments under current Food and Drug Administration rules, after criticism from some Democrats that the bill would remove critical patient protections and was rushed through the process.
