UK Minister To Be Quizzed On 'Flexible' Pension Reforms

Law360, London (March 13, 2018, 5:31 PM GMT) -- The U.K.'s pensions minister is expected to reveal whether the government believes Britain should move toward pensions offering flexible “ambitions” for a retirement income rather than promising specific returns when he is grilled by a parliamentary committee on Wednesday.

Guy Opperman will be questioned by the influential House of Commons Committee for Work and Pensions as it holds its final hearing on flexible pensions, known formally as collective defined contribution or CDC schemes, the committee said in a statement on Monday.
