Delta-T Sues Manufacturer Over Faulty Parts, Delays

Law360 (May 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Ethanol technology firm Delta-T Corp. has sued an industrial equipment manufacturer for allegedly making defective parts for an ethanol plant that stalled construction of the facility and cost Delta-T at least $9.8 million.
