NLRB Plans To Challenge Circuit Court's Ruling

Law360, New York (May 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board said it would continue issuing decisions and orders with only two members, even though a circuit court ruled earlier this month that it lacked the authority to do so.
