Feds Move To Bar Witnesses In Bus Idling Suit

Law360 (May 19, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. has accused Paul Revere Transportation LLC of breaching its discovery duties by failing to disclose the identities of 52 witnesses in a suit seeking several million dollars in fines for alleged violations of a state anti-idling law.

In the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Friday, the U.S. moved to exclude evidence and witnesses it claims the bus company didn't produce during discovery.
